- Ensure proper documentation and safe handling of customer legal records.

- Conduct regular physical verifications of potential borrowers before approving loans.
- Prepare weekly activity plans and share progress reports with line managers.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, SBP regulations, and internal control procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by following the bank’s Fair Treatment of Customers Policy.
- Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the concerned department immediately.
